Tesco has changed the way their CRM operates multiple times with order creation emails and subsequent order amendment emails changing as a result.

Therefore, we have wildly over-collected for Tesco in the given period. Also, we have tried to solve the issue by implementing a logic that applies to that period but the change is not foolproof.

You will notice a significant spike in order volumes as well as Total transaction values in the given period
